St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, (Salvation of those in distress at sea)

The icon is made in Greece. It is a copy of modern Greek icons painted in the classical Byzantine tradition, using the effect of artificial aging. The image is applied to a wooden base, aging is imitated by patina and cracks. The halos of the saints and the background are gilded with potala by hand, and the masters also manually add some details to the icons. There is a leather loop on the reverse side of the icons.
