The Lunnytsa, or lunula bronze necklace pendant is the One of the most common talismans that have been a part of women's clothing for many eras.  The earliest amulet depicting the Moon, which was attributed to fertility and motherhood and the feminine in relation to the menstrual cycle and the lunar calendar.
