These DON'T include shipping.  I do my best for it to be much less time but I prefer to be on the safe side as meeting deadlines is my number 1 priority. If you are not sure you are ready to wait that long, please re-consider placing your order.
* This is a handmade plushie that is to be made specifically for you. So no two plushies are 100% the same. Please expect slight variations.

All parcels are provided with a tracking number.
Normally after the item is shipped it takes 1 to 6 weeks. But due to the current epidemic and geopolitical situation, the delays will most probably occur. 
During this time, please allow some patience for your item to arrive.
Please understand that we have no control over it but ALWAYS keep an eye on the process and willing to provide any possible help should there be any problems.
So once your items have been shipped we hold no responsibility for it. It's down to the postal service. So if you are not sure your national postal service would work its best, re-consider placing your order.
For tracking purposes, we recommend using third-part websites such as 17track and such, because they tend to give the most thorough information on your order movement.

Even though we use the strongest threads and sew all the seams very carefully and thoroughly, handmade toys are quite delicate and should be treated with care. Best to clean them with a sticky roller or damp cloth and mild soap water.
