We are glad to present to you one of our kigurumis! All of them are hand-made and photoshooted by us, so you will get a kigurumi that looks exactly as on our pictures (if there will be some changes in materials’ colors – we will message you about this). We use high quality fleece to make them and also felt and faux fur for some decorations.

All our goods are made-to-order. Usually we don't have anything in stock, we make them only to order. But sometimes you can see separate listings with kigurumis in stock, this will be stated in the title.

SIZING: all our kigurumis are almost identical in size, only height varies (length of sleeves and legs and also placing of the crotch area). So, in most cases, we need to know only your height range to make a kigurumi for you. Our kigurumis are ~52-53 inches (~135 centimeters) in girth. If you wear PLUS-SIZE clothes, or any of your three measurements (chest, waist or hip) are closer to 46-47 inches (117-120 cm) – we can make a kigurumi wider for you, but in this case we will need to know your three measurements: chest, waist and hip! So, message us before ordering a plus size kigurumi or just attach these measurements as a message to your order. So, in order to order something, you should choose your height range and if you want a kigurumi with buttons or a zipper (if there is no such option – this kigurumi can’t be made with either a zipper or buttons) and also choose if you wear plus-size clothes or not.

MAKING AND SHIPPING TIME: thanks to our customers’ support we always have quite a few of open orders. And because of that we have to warn you about estimated making time! It depends on quantity of open orders, at the moment it's ~4-5 weeks, but during peak seasons we raise it accordingly, so please, refer to processing time when you are placing the order! We know, this is long, but we always havea few orders placed before yours that should also be finished before youra. And please, write us beforehand if you have any deadlines!

Don’t forget that we are from Russia and shipping from here takes long time too. Usually it takes 3-5 weeks to arrive. When your package is shipped, we mail a tracking number to you. So, as you can see, you have to be very patient person to get a kigurumi from us, sorry >_<

WASHING AND CLEANING: fleece is pretty easy to wash. The main rule is not to use very hot water and not to wash it for a long time. If you're using your washing machine - use delicate washing program. Water temperature should be pretty low (even cold, maybe), about 20-30 celsius degrees and the RPM for drying should be low too, no more than 700 RPM. We think it's better to wash it by hand, though :3 Don't dry it by hanging, it's better to lay it on flat surface and let it dry. Also, regardless of quality, black fleece likes to molt, so don't wash it with other clothes, and also it's better to not to wear white or just bright clothes underneath black kigurumi. If you have a single stain - wash just this stain with special anti-stain soap. If there are a lot of dust and hair on the kigurumi - just use a lint roller to clean it. And the best way is to take it to dry cleaners, they should do everything right. The reason for washing it in not very hot water is because of fleece (base material) itself. If it's washed in hot water the surface covers in some kind of pimples, it's hard to explain >_< The texture of fleece changes a little after hot water. But it can be partially restored by brushing it with a brush similar to toothbrush (or you can use actual toothbrush but it will take a lot of time to brush whole kigurumi). It isn't fatal, you can wear it like usual and it will be looking the same, just the texture will change a little. Still, it's better to wash it on delicate washing program in not very hot water. If your kigurumi has fur details – brush it with usual hair brush from time to time. If it looks especially bad – don’t worry, there is a way to restore it completely! Just wet it with usual water, take hair brush and hair dryer. Turn your hair dryer on, make sure the air is hot and start to dry wet fur while brushing it with a brush. At first, brush it against hair growth, then to another side, while still blowing on it with hot air. It should become even better than new!

CUSTOM ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS: for past 5 years (while working on Etsy, not here), we almost didn't take any custom orders because we always had a TON of open orders and just didn't have any free time to make something new. Now we don't have as many open orders, so there is a chance that we will be able to make some new character for you. But the character should be popular so we could sell it multiple times to different customers.
