•  Gold and glitter elements in our designs do not include real glitter, but rather a high resolution graphic that will print to look like glitter.

These designs are created/sized slightly larger at either a 20oz Skinny/Straight tumbler size of 9.3x8.2 inches. Being created slightly larger will allow the proper resizing to your brand of tumbler's exact dimensions since all brands of skinny tumblers do vary slightly.

The image will show the size of tumbler as well as the title. Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as special inks and substrates. There will be no refunds if the image does not press correctly because a sublimation substrate was not used or user error.

Please note that colors vary from computer to computer and will depend on your printer, ink used and substrates. There will be no refunds for slight color variations due to these variables. 

We don't recommend printing from a cutting software like Design Space or Silhouette. This is NOT a cut file and is not compatible with these types of software as it is a sublimation file. If you do not have a sublimation print manager to print from, recommended free software like Paint, Canva, Inkscape work perfectly fine. There are no refunds given for use with cutting software and we cannot offer guidance on printing from them.
