The Holy Martyr Vladimir (Bogoyavlensky) was the first bishop of the Russian Orthodox Church who gave his life for Christ during the years of persecution of the faith in the XX century. Many of his works are not of the nature of strict theological treatises, but of lively conversations, in which, nevertheless, the deepest truths of the Christian faith are revealed. Such is the proposed work of the Holy Martyr Vladimir "Our Father. Conversations on the Lord's prayer." In a living form, the saint interprets the prayer transmitted to us by the Lord Himself.
