Method of ingestion:
Decoction. Pour the root (25 g) 1 liter of boiled water, simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Influence the decoction at room temperature for 1 hour. Take 1/3 cup 3 times a day for 30 minutes before a meal. The course of reception - 1 month. If necessary, the course can be repeated after a one-week break. The root can be infused up to 5 times inclusive.
