Omega-3 fatty acids are NEEDED in diseases such as:

  • hyperlipidemia (hyperlipoproteinemia, hypertriglyceridemia) - is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases mainly due to the significant influence of cholesterol on the development of atherosclerosis. In addition, some hyperlipidemias influence the development of acute pancreatitis;
  • PUFA deficiency in pregnant women and in infancy (development of the retina and brain);
  • hyperactivity in children, dyslexia (selective impairment of the ability to master reading skills while maintaining overall learning ability);
  • very high concentration of (fatty foods) triglycerides - frequent consumption of animal fats, sunflower, corn, butter oils;
  • high cholesterol, vascular atherosclerosis, hereditary predisposition to atherosclerosis;

As much as 375 ml of Omega 3 is contained in 1 capsule!

A large amount of Omega-6 fatty acids come with the food. These acids are found in vegetable oils, cereals, eggs and poultry, margarine. Omega-6 ensures the health of our skin and reduces cholesterol levels and improves blood clotting.

However, when there are too many omega-6 fatty acids in the body, the blood becomes very thick and there is a danger of blood clots. Inflammatory processes can occur.
Only omega-3 can correct this situation. Omega-6 is as essential for the body as omega-3, just the body must have the right ratio of these fatty acids.

Scientists believe the ratio should be 4 (omega 6) to 1 (omega 3). WHAT TO DO.
To get the balance right - incorporate omega 3 foods into your diet or get omega 3 acids from outside. When using vegetable oil, give preference to ginger or mustard oil, they have a positive effect on blood lipids.
Clinical studies prove that cardiovascular disease, obesity and diabetes are directly related to our diet. Omega-3's and healthy eating have become synonymous today. Omega-3 are the very fatty acids that modern man cannot live without. By replenishing their content in the body, we are not just prolonging our life, but also raising its quality to a higher level.

Omega-3 consists of Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) promotes cardiovascular and immune health. One of the main components of complex lipids. A large amount of EPA is found in fish fats, shellfish, diatoms and brown algae. In the human diet EPA enters the diet with oily fish.
2. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) supports brain and nervous system health and improves visual acuity. DHA not only prevents the accumulation of fat in the body, but it is also absolutely important for the formation of the brain and vision of the child, it is useful for the cerebral circulation.

During active fetal and infant brain growth - in the third trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding - DHA is very important for child development and should be taken in adequate amounts through the placenta and with the mother's breast milk.
