The length of the bracelet is 12.2" (31 cm). The bracelet is perfect on the wrist with a girth of 6" - 7.5" (15-19 cm). 
This bracelet can be neatly adjusted to fit the shape of your wrist. Gently pull the sides of the bracelet apart ever so slightly to slip your hand in the bracelet and then gently pinch the sides to get a tighter fit.

Care tips:
It is necessary to remove the bracelet before water procedures, including swimming, washing dishes and the like. Avoid getting any chemicals on the bracelet.
