• Within 2 days you will receive a digital proof via private message for your approval. Please reply with any change if any. It can take up to 24hrs for each one.
• After approving, you will receive your invitation video via E-mail.
• We can edit this invitation in multiple languages – simply send me the translation with the order form.
Important: The purchase of this product implies the customization of the card in 1 language only. If you want more than one language you must make 1 purchase per language.

• Share it to your family and friends through Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp, Email or even upload it on your Facebook event page (This is an actual video invitation, not a website/youtube link. You can download and save it through you phone, no need to login on a computer)
Note: Best way to send our video invitation is through facebook messenger, imessage, whatsapp, viber, email and the like. We don’t recommend sending it as text message as most carriers has very small file size limit or data capabilities so it decreases the quality of the video making it blurry and unreadable.
Another option if you want to send it as text message is to upload your video invitation to your Google Drive and just copy and text the link that will direct them to the video.
• Your invitation will look just like the preview above but with your information inserted. Any kind of changes to graphics, fonts, design layout and backgrounds are NOT included.
• This order includes ONE minor revision free of charge. Please check spelling and punctuation, as we’ll copy exactly what you wrote.
• This is a digital file. No physical item will be shipped. Your invitation Video will be mailed to you in MP4 format, compatible with all smartphones and most social media platforms.
• Refunds cannot be provided after the delivery of a digital file due to the nature of the product. You are paying for a customization service and the time taken to personalize your item.
• Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.
