It is handmade made in 1980s in a Soviet prison from scrap materials that can be found in the prison workshop.
It's a knife with a steel spring.
The knife handle is made of plexiglass with a drawing inside by hand
For the manufacture of knife blades used steel valves from old engines because it is quite durable then processed in forging workshop manually
