1. By placing an order in our store, you accept our shipping/return policy.

3.To initiate a refund or any other problem, please contact customer support at contact@inspireuplift.com within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
4. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery, the terms and conditions apply. Return delivery to Russia is carried out at the expense of the buyer. A refund is possible after the return of the goods. Provided that the product is not damaged.
5. If the product is defective/damaged or does not work, file a claim and ensure proper inspection as requested by the support representative. Unverified goods are not subject to return, exchange or refund. Without verification, we will not be able to solve your problem. Claims submitted after 5 calendar days will not be accepted.
6. We do not provide a return label and do not pay the shipping cost when returning.
7. Any item you return must be in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been modified by you in any way after receipt are non-refundable. Please save the return receipt and send us a photo of the package by email so that we can track the package.

18. We offer free worldwide shipping within 1-5 business days for order processing. After sending your order, the estimated delivery time is from 20 to 40 working days, depending on your country or region. Delivery times may be extended due to quarantine and covid control measures in a particular country. And also on holidays. 19.
