Delivery Time: The download link for your custom pet portrait will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within the specified 24-hour timeframe.

Return Policy:

Digital Goods: Please note that all products sold by WhiskersPawsTail are digital goods, specifically custom pet portraits delivered as digital files. Due to the nature of these digital items, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our digital portraits. If, however, you encounter any technical issues or discrepancies with the delivered file, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the download link. We'll be happy to assist and address any concerns promptly.
Refunds: As digital goods cannot be physically returned, WhiskersPawsTail does not issue refunds once the custom pet portrait has been delivered.
