Matrix converters 1200CM8 are multi-element silicon photovoltaic devices with self-scanning on the principle of charge transfer.
The devices are designed for use in various
television and optoelectronic equipment operating in the spectral range from 0.5 to 1 micron.
X-ray television installation, including a small-frame camera on a K1200CM1 matrix and a processing unit on a
matrix with subtraction of a frame, of the K1200CM8 type.
The maximum flux of X-ray radiation in medical diagnostics is approximately 8-104 quantum-mm-2, which, when using soft X-ray radiation,
is significantly less than the dose that causes degradation of the sensor.
Therefore, it is possible to directly register a shadow X-ray image along with its conversion into an optical one using an image intensifier or an X-ray detector.
The video signal from the small-frame CCD camera is recorded in the upper section of the K1200TsM8 matrix,
then it is dumped into the lower section and again written through the middle register.
As a result, the small-frame signal is converted into a regular broadcast signal, which is fed to the video monitoring device.
Great items for chip collectors !!!
IC like new, in working order.
