B1505LB1-2 - Ultra Rare USSR Soviet Russian Unpackaged IC
 
Was designed on the NIIET (Research Institute of Electronic Technology, Voronezh city)
and produced in 1988 on the Elektronica factory (now - VZPP [Voronezh Plant of Semiconductor Devices) , Military - Rhombus sign on body)
1505 as a Space/Military series has other topology than civil ICs, and the isolation of the elements is made by the oxide method.
This chip is not listed in any of the reference books on microcircuits
