This filter has 40.5x0.5 mount and is designed for popular USSR lenses: Jupiter-8 (both silver and black), Jupiter-8m, Jupiter-12, Industar-26m, Industar-61L/D, Industar-61, Helios-103, T-22 (on "Lubitel" TLR) and others.
This is a classic blue filter with strong power and high contrast. It absorbs lights with wave-length 480-700 nm.
The photo taken through that filter at sunny weather looks like taken in cloudy one.
