Ingredients:
100% chaga (birch mushroom) dried lumpy.
Method of ingestion:
Grind 50 g of chaga, pour into a thermos / teapot, pour 300 ml of boiling water (about 90 °). Insist 2 hours with the lid closed. Strain. You can add lemon, honey or ginger to taste. Take 100 ml 3 times a day before meals.
Contraindications:
