100% dried chamomile flowers.
Directions for use:
Decoction. 4 tablespoons of chamomile pour 300 ml of boiling water. Keep on a water bath for 30 minutes, cool, strain. Decoction to be taken after a meal to 100 ml in 2-3 receptions per day, or to use to rinse the mouth.
Tea. Pour 1 teaspoon of chamomile in 200 ml boiling water. Insist 20 minutes, strain. Drink warm, 1/3 cup 3 times a day before meals.
