Composition and description

Active substance:
1000 ml of extract contains: Eleutherococcus prickly rhizomes and roots 1000 g.

Auxiliary substances:
Ethyl alcohol 40% (ethanol) is sufficient to obtain 1000 ml of the extract.

Description:
The liquid is dark brown in color, transparent in a thin layer, with a characteristic odor. Precipitation is allowed during storage.

Release form:
The extract for oral administration is liquid. 50 ml each in orange glass bottles. Each bottle together with the instructions for use in a pack of cardboard.

Indications for use
Mental and physical fatigue, asthenic conditions of various etiologies, neurasthenia, arterial hypotension, the recovery period after infectious diseases and the postoperative period.

Pharmacological group:
General ionizing agent of plant origin.

Pharmacological properties:
It has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, increases the general nonspecific resistance of the body, improves appetite, increases physical and mental performance.

The maximum single dose of the drug contains 0.47 g of absolute alcohol, the maximum daily dose of the drug is 1.41 g of absolute alcohol.

Method of administration and dosage
The drug is administered orally before meals in the morning.

Adults are prescribed 20-30 drops 2-3 times a day.

Children over 12 years of age – at a dose of 1 drop per year of life.

The course of admission is 25-30 days.
