Leningrad-8, analog light meter
s/n 388897
"Vibrator" plant, Leningrad, USSR
with original lace, manual, leather case and opal glass

Perfect condition. Fully working. Body has very small signs of age. Leather case and manual are original and have signs of age.

This is the modification of previous model "Leningrad-7". Difference is that semi-transparent shutter closing the photo-cell is fixed (but not spring loaded).
Has selenium photo-cell and electrode made of cadmium oxide. Has two ranges for brightness measurement and three ranges for illumination.
When measuring reflected light use scales "5-12" and "12-18".
When measuring direct light use all three scales, but put opal glass when using scales "5-12" and "12-18".
Does not need batteries.
