Lens "Helios-44M-5" is not included and shown as an example of mount.

Fixation depends on cap and lens condition, sometimes a specific cap is not fixed properly at a specific lens. Offered cap is fixed at my lenses "Helios-44M-5" and "Helios-44M" properly and most likely will be fixed properly at any lens with proper condition of the front part.
I do not guarantee that it will be fixed properly at your lens.
