"Berestov Favorites" is the only honey in Russia with a confirmed history of origin. All the jars in the collection have an individual number that allows you to trace the path of honey from a particular beekeeper to the jar that you are holding in your hands.

The main plant is the honey plant of this honey - angelica, it is rightfully considered one of the best. Its flowering period is short – only two weeks at the end of June in Western Siberia and Altai. The plant has a very high productivity, the reason is the smell of angelica, which contains flavorings and essential oils. They are very actively attracting bees, you can even say that they distract their attention from other honey plants with their smell.
