The anti-inflammatory effect of MIX 93 TIGER® is associated with the suppression of the synthesis of leukotrienes, which, like COX enzymes and prostaglandins, are mediators of the inflammatory response.

The body synthesizes leukotrienes from arachidonic acid (omega-6) or eicosapentaenoic acid (omega-3) through their oxidation. This reaction is catalyzed by arachidonate 5-lipoxygenase or LOX-5 enzyme. A decrease in the activity of this enzyme under the influence of the natural complex MIX 93 TIGER® leads to a powerful anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, the LOX-5 enzyme is involved in the replication of viruses. Inhibition of LOX-5, combined with the antiviral effect of polyprenols, provides the complex with great potential in the fight against acute and chronic infections caused by influenza and herpes viruses.

Other components of MIX 93 TIGER® are boswellia (Boswellia sacra) or incense tree resin and turmeric (Curcuma longa). These are natural anti-inflammatory drugs known to mankind for several thousand years. Directions for use: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in pure form or diluted in 100 ml of water at room temperature once a day in the morning on an empty stomach. Shake before use.
