A beautiful Greek Orthodox icon of the Last Supper, handmade & hand painted by an expert Greek hagiographer.
The Last Supper is the final meal that Jesus shared with his Apostles in Jerusalem before his crucifixion. The Last Supper is commemorated on Maundy Thursday.
Made using traditional materials (selected aged timber, egg tempera, 24K gold leaf background, natural powder paint and varnishes) and old techniques. It is an exact reproduction of an antique Byzantine masterpiece.
The icon bears the certificate of authenticity on the back.
