A vibroacoustic corset allows you to carry out phonation while doing various things (reading, working on a computer, doing household chores), and without moving the vibraphones from area to area.
The vibroacoustic corset includes 12 vibraphones for a comprehensive effect on areas such as the liver, kidneys and lumbosacral region. These areas are most deficient in their own muscle microvibration due to age, low physical activity and other factors. These areas are included in many phonation techniques.

To select a corset size, measure the circumference under the bust (at the level of the solar plexus) and the waist circumference (in the middle of the abdomen) and select the largest value.
