ABOUT THIS PATTERN
Save when you buy the patterns together! This bundle of patterns includes step-by-step photo instructions and full-size pattern pieces to make a large play set (13 pieces): a mini bear doll with a baby set of clothes and accessories, and a hooded sleeping basket with a baby mobile and a bedding.
The baby set includes: overalls, a diaper, a bib, a flannel sleeping bag, a felt hat decorated with a felt ball, a fox rattle, and a baby bottle.
The tiny fox rattle makes sound when shaken, there is a jingle bell inside. The overalls, the diaper, the bib, and the sleeping bag are fully lined. The overalls, the bib and the hat close with snaps, the diaper and the sleeping bag close with hook and loop tape fasteners. You will find all the garments easy to make in spite of their small size, using my technique.
The bedding includes everything your doll needs for a good night’s sleep: a mattress, a pillow decorated with felt balls, and a soft flannel blanket with a wool tassel in one corner. Your doll will adore the baby mobile hung on the hood. It features a stuffed cloud and three felt ball garlands. The mobile is detachable, it has a snap closure on the hanger.
The bear easily fits in a pocket and it’s perfect to take along for a walk or for a trip. The doll does not stand without support.

Bear: without ears 14.5 cm (5-3/4"), with ears 15.5 cm (6-1/8")
Basket: 11 x 18 cm (4-3/8" x 7-1/8"), height (including hood) 14 cm (5-1/2")

RECOMMENDED FABRICS:
- lightweight cotton (quilting cotton) for the bear, the overalls, the diaper, the bib, the baby bottle, the basket, the mattress, the pillow, and the cloud;
- cotton flannel fabric for the sleeping bag and the blanket;
- wool or wool-blend felt for the hat, the nipple and the fox rattle.

SKILL LEVEL: The pattern is suitable for those who have a basic knowledge of machine sewing and who are familiar with basic hand stitches.
