License Information:

◆ This is a license for more than 100 copies and less than 500, no credit given, if you intend to sell more than this please purchase the extended license for commercial use.

This basic commercial license is good for any product purchased from the Rubin Art.

A new license needs to be purchased for each set you wish to use.

Example: If you wish to use 1 (one) set for commercial use and with no credit then 1 (one) license needs to be purchased. If you wish to use 2 (two) sets for commercial use and with no credit then 2 (two) licenses need to be required. If you wish to use 3 (three) sets for commercial use and with no credit then 3 (three) licenses need to be purchased and so on.

◆ With the Basic Commercial License you may use designs purchased from Rubin Art for:

1. You can create planner stickers, cards, fabrics, planner covers, backdrop, blog design, branding, advertising (digital and print), videos and company websites with unlimited impressions, views and/or visits. etc.

2. The final design must consist of not more than 75%(*) of my artwork with the rest consisting of your own input such as layout, texts, shapes, overlays, additional graphic elements.

(*) Exceptions to the rule #2 are fabrics, backdrops, mugs, phone cases, printed planner stickers, which can be printed as is.

3. Personalized / modified digital items are allowed, provided that there are significant changes to make the designs your own. examples: planner stickers, cards, logos

◆ You CAN NOT create: (without obtaining licensing)

• Items intended for sale for more than 100 items
• Marketing material
• Logo designs
• Fabric
• iPhone cases
• Stand alone digital prints
• Items on third party sites such as Café Press or Zazzle
