The gauge isn’t crucial on this project, but differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage. If made with Wool 6/1 Lace Dundaga yarn and 3-3.25 mm (D) steel crochet hook approximate measurements is 52 cm (21”) on the headband circumference (with stretch room) and 30 cm (12”) long.
