Two dragons are located at the temples, their wings and tails, intertwined, go to the back of the head. The openwork part on the forehead gathers into a high peak, from which movable elements in the form of dragon scales hang. These elements fit very nicely on the forehead without losing mobility.

If you wish, I can simplify the crown by removing the upper part with moving elements and leaving only the lower part of the forehead composition.
