We offer wild-growing black currant from the Altai taiga, where the berry grows in a clean and natural ecosystem. Gentle drying We dry our berries in atmospheric dryers at low temperatures (unlike common drying ovens). This drying technology allows you to preserve taste, aroma and, most importantly, useful properties. In addition, gentle drying allows biologically active substances to be preserved. And with proper storage, vitamins in such a berry are stored for up to several years.

Features and useful properties
Black currant is a concentrate of useful vitamins! It is especially abundant in vitamin C and P, and it is known that in combination these vitamins are the prevention of atherosclerosis and help in its treatment. Currant berries contain a record amount of folic acid, which helps to remove toxins from the body, for this it is recommended to use decoctions from dried berries.

Black currant is also useful for anemia, liver and kidney diseases, infectious diseases. Thanks to tannins and essential oils, it has a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect. And currant perfectly strengthens the immune system.

Storage conditions
Dried berries can be stored in gauze or linen bags, hanging them in a dry and well-ventilated room. Also, the dried product is well preserved in tightly closed glass jars and boxes.
