Characteristics of the product
Dried blueberries (not dried) 100% natural product. No sugar, preservatives or other additives. Only dried berries. Humidity of 8%-12%.

All berries and mushrooms presented on our site were collected only in ecologically clean regions of Russia (Altai region, Lake Baikal). There are all the appropriate documentation (certificates, declarations).

From 1 kg of fresh mushrooms and berries, with proper handling and drying gets 0.1 - 0.13 kg of dried product.

Delicious and healthy wild blueberries - one of the most famous and beloved berries growing almost all over our country. It can and should be eaten both fresh and dried.

Dried blueberries retain all their useful properties and taste.

USEFUL PROPERTIES
Blueberries per 100 g of blueberries contain 86.5 g of water, 1.1 g of protein, 8.6 g of carbohydrates, 2.2 g of dietary fiber, 1.2 g of free organic acids; 51 mg potassium, 6 mg sodium, 16 mg calcium, 6 mg magnesium, 13 mg phosphorus, 7.0 mg iron, 0.9 mg copper, manganese, cobalt, nickel; 0.01 to 0.02 mg vitamins B1 and B6, 0.30 mg vitamin PP, 10 mg vitamin C, some vitamin P, pantothenic acid.

The optimal ratio of vitamins C, B group, P-vitamin active tannins, magnesium, iron, copper stipulate vasopreventive, antibacterial, anti-anemic properties of blueberries and the ability to heal the intestines. Blueberries are rich in pectin, which promotes the release of intestinal putrefactive products, as well as iron salts. Blueberries are very useful for anemia, kidney stones, gout, rheumatism, skin diseases, improves vision.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Dried berries can be stored in gauze or cloth bags, hanging them in a dry and well-ventilated room. As well, dried product is well preserved in tightly closed glass jars and boxes. If you follow these simple rules, the product can be stored for several years.
