Many lovers of eating wild berries, blackberries in the form of fruits may remind the forest raspberries. And they will not be much mistaken. After all, both belong to the genus Rubus (rubus). And although the fruits of both berries are very similar in shape, like twin sisters, but the taste and color of their fruits are dramatically different. The blackberry, unlike its raspberry sister, has a very pleasant, sour-sweet, slightly astringent taste. And the color of the fruit can range from bluish-black, to blue-purple. Dried blackberries retain all their useful properties and taste.
