From 50 gr. of dried mushrooms you can prepare 3 liters of mushroom soup, that is 12 servings.
From 50 grams of dried berries can be made - 3 liters of morsels, juice, kissel or 30 brews for a cup of tea.
Characteristics of the product
Dried raspberries (not dried) 100% natural product. No sugar, preservatives or other additives. Only dried berries. Humidity of 8%-12%.
All berries and mushrooms presented on our site were collected only in ecologically clean regions of Russia (Altai region, Lake Baikal). There are all the appropriate documentation (certificates, declarations).

The taste and aroma of real forest raspberries is truly unique. It seems that it absorbs all the energy of nature, growing in the sun-drenched glades and having a small size, but incredibly juicy, sweet and healthy fruits. Dried raspberries are virtually the same in useful properties and taste.
Useful properties
Raspberries have an excellent taste and a subtle delightful aroma. Its fruits contain a lot of acids (malic, tartaric, salicylic, capronic, formic). It also contains glucose, fructose, sucrose, pectin, nitrogenous and coloring substances, salts of potassium, copper, cyanine chloride, acetone, benzaldehyde, vitamin C, carotene, traces of B vitamins and essential oil. The seeds contain fatty oil and phytosterol.
Raspberries are an excellent thirst quencher and improve digestion. They are also an excellent antipyretic and antitoxic, so raspberries are often used as a "sobering" remedy for and after intoxication.
Including this berry in the diet significantly accelerates the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract, sciatica, kidney disease, hypertension, infertility, deaeration and bleeding. Unlike other berries, raspberries do not lose their healing (medicinal) properties after heat treatment.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
Dried berries can be stored in gauze or cloth bags, hanging them in a dry and well-ventilated room. Also, dried product is well preserved in tightly closed glass jars and boxes. If you follow these simple rules, the product can be stored for several years.
