Lecithin is a phospholipid complex discovered in the middle of the last century as a substance that supports intercellular metabolism and cell respiration. It contains up to 75% of phospholipids – the most important structural components of cell membranes necessary for the vital activity of cells, the assimilation of nutrients and the transmission of intercellular information.

Lecithin is a natural cholesterol antagonist.

It dissolves fats in the intestine, preparing them for splitting, and removes them from our body. One molecule of lecithin removes one molecule of cholesterol.
