This fine powdered eyeliner made out of organic nuts including: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and pistachio & coconut ground down and roasted in sesame oil to produce a gorgeous black soot. This is then traditionally applied with either a wooden or bone applicator.

HOW TO MADE SURMA BY US:-

Firstly i take a small diya and fill it with good quality castor oil and light it.
Then place it in the middle of two bricks.after that i take thick plate/soil plate and place it over the bricks. Make sure the end of the flame touches the plate.
After 40 to 50 minutes, enough soot would have collected. We carefully remove the plate and let it cool and store it for filtration process then store in glass bottles and air sealed with cap.
that's what we are do. No hazardous and synthetic substances are used during process..
