Ever since I was a kid, I remember the magic taste of raspberry caramel that my grandma made! Quite by chance, on a trip to Brittany, while visiting the confectionery boutique Patisserie Hamon, I tried a raspberry caramel cake from Emmanuel Amon, the famous pastry chef and chocolatier.. My excitement was never over! It was that taste of childhood!
