How to use - a liter of water you need 50 gr. shungite, 50 gr. quartz and 5 gr. silicon.

1. Open the package and pour the crumb in a large container. This can be a basin or a pot. Use glass or enamelware.

2. The stones should be rinsed in running water for 10 minutes, rubbing thoroughly with your hands.

3. Prepare a container in which you will infuse water. Good for this purpose are 5 liter bottles from purchased water.

4. Pour shungite, quartz and flint into the container and fill with water.

5. You can drink the water on the second day. The first day the water will be turbid, on the second day the particles will settle together with harmful impurities.

6. 6. You should not infuse water for more than three days.

7. 7. Drain 2/3 of the water into another container. You can drink this water. The other 1/3 of the water is not recommended for drinking. It can be used to water your plants.

At least once every 2 months remove the stones from the container and dry them out.
