Very good condition. Fully operational. There are no scratches or fungus. There is a cleavage dot (very tine, about 0.2mm). Box is original and is not fixed properly when closed.

This filter has 46x0.75 mount and is designed for lens MC Zenitar-M2S (-M2K) and others.

This is a classic yellow filter with medium power.  It can be also marked as "Y-2x" or "ZhS-17". Its aim is to weaken blue light and atmospheric haze. When taking picture of blue sky with clouds the filter intensifies contrast, blue sky becomes more gray. Also it strengthens the distinctness of far objects and contrast of shadows.

Yellow effect is expressed more when taking photo at natural light and less at artificial light.

If you need less powerful yellow filter, you can use ZhS-12 which has lighter effect.
If you need more powerful yellow filter, you can use ZhS-18 which has stronger effect.
