This premium plan is about how to build a 12x12 modern pavilion. The roof is almost flat with a 2.5 degree slope. In addition, the design is modern with simple lines so that it doesn't clutter the backyard. The structure is simple and it will keep the costs down. I added braces to the four posts, to add stability to the structure. This project is ideal if you live in a sunny area with no snow, as the flat roof will not accommodate the weight of the snow.
