WHAT YOU ARE GETTING: Our Scrub comes in 8oz. with a bamboo wooden scoop.

Ingredients: Pure Sugar Cane, Grapeseed Oil, colloidal oats, aloe powder, fragrance oil, Rose powder for color, mica powder

HOW TO USE: Rinse your skin in warm water, put a small amount of body scrub in your hand, gently rub it on your skin in small circular motions, using your hand or an exfoliating glove, scrub your skin gently for no longer than 30 seconds, rinse your skin liberally with lukewarm water.

Do you use body scrub before or after body wash?
It's best make sure that you shower with lukewarm water, and you finish using soap or a body wash prior to using your body scrub. It's also best to use lukewarm water to soften your skin and prime it for exfoliation.
Also, keep in mind that using your body scrub on your face isn't a good idea.

How often should I exfoliate my body?
Try to exfoliate your body at least once every 10 days, but we recommend one to two times a week if you have sensitive skin, and three to four if your chest and back are on the oily side. Follow these tips for glowing skin without the damage caused by over-exfoliation.
