Pollen is a unique product. Collecting microscopic grains of pollen, bees add their enzymes to them, rolling them into small lumps, the color range of which is very diverse: from light yellow to black (yellow, green, orange, sand, purple).

The pollen has a spicy, honey-floral aroma and a sweet taste.

Flower pollen can be exaggeratedly called a source of strength and elixir of youth. And this is all thanks to the fact that it contains many vitamins, amino acids, trace elements and all this is abundantly enriched with calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iodine, manganese and chromium. And what a unique composition of vitamins contained in flower pollen: it and vitamins D, P, PP, K, but especially a lot of vitamins A, B, E, C are contained in pollen, stump. Flower pollen contains from 7 to 30% protein. Amino acids in flower pollen contains up to 13%, which are in flower pollen in a balanced state, and this is also very important, because the lack of at least one essential amino acid leads to incomplete assimilation of other amino acids. And ten amino acids are not produced in the body at all and they must be taken daily with food.
