The little bird sculpture is hand carved from elm wood. It is solid and one of the most expressive woods in the Siberian taiga.

Care advise.

Wipe a damp cloth and towel dry.

Wood is a living material, so you can periodically care for it when you feel it doesn't look super smooth. Use special wood care mix of natural oils and waxes. Don't use food-based oil like vegetable or olive oil, since these types of oils can go rancid.

I closely follow the origin of the materials. I’m using wind-blown trees and broken branches.
