METHOD OF USE:
It is recommended to drink at least 200 ml of SAUMAL diluted with water at room temperature every day to revitalize the body. You need 2-3 tablespoons of powdered milk per 200 ml.
Milk powder is drunk 1-4 times a day, within 30 minutes after dilution, 15-20 minutes before meals.
