Stone oil, known in Asian countries as brakshun (translates as "juice of the rock"), is a mineral substance obtained by scraping rocks in rocky crevices. If you consider the chemical origin of the substance, it is aluminum alum, the color of which can vary depending on the particular rock. It comes predominantly creamy and yellowish in color.

This unique in nature natural complex is found in hard-to-reach places. The deposits are whitish-yellow in color and are the products of rock leaching. Once removed from the rocky surface, they look like shapeless lumps, which can vary in size. The substance has astringent sweet and sour flavor, and dissolves very well.
