Cosmetic effect: Grapefruit kernel oil is believed to be the best massage remedy for cellulite, including helping to get rid of excessive fat deposits. It can have whitening, toning, cleansing, immunostimulating, antimicrobial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory properties. It is able to narrow pores, cleanse and brighten the skin, removing pigment spots.

How to use and dosage: for cellulite and stretch marks: combine 100 ml of honey (preferably liquid) with 50 ml of olive oil and 10 drops of grapefruit oil. Apply the composition to the problem areas. Wrap yourself well in clingfilm, and cover yourself with a blanket. Be prepared that the mixture will tingle a little. After 40 minutes, remove the film and rinse off the remaining product.
For pigmentation and oily facial skin: mix sea buckthorn oil and grapefruit oil in a 1:1 ratio and dot or apply over your entire face.
To stimulate hair growth: prepare a mask with the following ingredients: 1 teaspoon of liquid honey, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 egg yolk, 5 drops of grapefruit oil. Apply the composition to the hair, leave it for half an hour. At the end of 30 minutes, rinse the hair.

Precautions: for external use only, in case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of warm water.
