• Shipping usually takes 2 - 4 weeks but it can take up to 2 months due to the covid and political situation.

We always welcome individual orders. At your request, you can replace the colors or add/remove toys. 

All toys are manually sewn without the use of sewing machines. Each toys is unique. Crested in a pet-free and smoke-free home.

There may be some color discrepancies which is due to the different monitor settings.

Caring for felt products:

1. Dry cleaning. Suitable for lightly soiled toys such as cookie crumbs, dust. Use a soft cloth brush, sticky roll or masking tape to clean.
2. Wet cleaning. First clean the surfaces with a soft brush , then remove the remaining dirt with a wet wipe or a damp cloth. Treat the problem area carefully. Don’t rub heavily and let the toy dry.
3. Hand wash in soapy water. Remember that the water temperature shouldn’t be higher than 30 degrees. Use a mild soap (baby or liquid soap) for washing. Don’t rub the dirty area, just stroke it with your fingers. Rinse the garment in warm water with gentle squeezing movements and at the end don’t wring! Wrap the toy gently in a towel and squeeze out the water with blotting movements. At the end of the procedure, transfer it to a dry cloth and let it dry completely.

It’s prohibited to care for felt:

- Use whitening compounds;

- Expose the product to dry cleaning;

- Wash in the washing machine;

- Rinse in hot or cold water (only warm);

- Sparing no effort to squeeze, twist;

- Dry in the oven, under the sun, hairdryer, on a battery, etc.
