3. Refunds are accepted only after approval by our customer support team. To start a refund or any other request, please contact customer support at contact@inspireuplift.com within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

4. Unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, depending on the conditions.

5. If the item is defective/damaged or does not work, please file a claim and provide due diligence as required by a customer service representative. Unverified items are not subject to return, exchange or refund. Without confirmation, we will not be able to solve your problem. Claims submitted after the expiration of 14 calendar days will not be accepted.

6. You should always consider the possibility of using a tracked delivery service or purchasing insurance upon delivery. We do not provide a return label and do not pay for return shipping.

7. Any item you return must be in its original condition and packaging. Items modified by you in any way after receipt are non-refundable. Please keep a receipt for the return of the parcel with you and send us photos of it by e-mail so that we can track the parcel.

But, considering that the delivery is carried out by logistics companies, we cannot guarantee you the complete safety of the packaging. However, if the item is received in a damaged condition, please let us know so that we can make possible adjustments.
