Colors and sizes:

All product photos show actual colors, however, they may vary slightly due to your monitor settings.

Each listing description contains the information about the product dimensions. Since all products are handmade, the size may vary slightly from the declared.

Care instructions:

Use as a decorative object only. Protect from fire and moisture. Dry cleaning with a cloth or a soft brush.

Yarn tassels are allowed to be gently combed with wide-tooth comb. You can also use a steamer to straighten the fringe.

Lost packages or non-delivery:

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout (for buyer/seller protection). Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order.

Contact if your items didn't arrive within 45 days, and I will file a claim to the carrier about the loss of the parcel.

If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

Customs and import taxes:

Please be aware that some countries impose customs fees and taxes for packages that enter your country. These fees are kept by your government and are outside of your purchase with me. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
