This is a step by step project on how to build a large pavilion with a gable roof. The base of the pavilion is 16 ft x 36 ft, outside post to outside post. This is a large structure and you will need a significant budget to get the job done. Estimated cost is around 5000 - 7500 usd. The pavilion is covered with 3/4" plywood and asphalt shingles.
