Altai Gold Turpentine Balm is a completely natural product that consists of cedar resin (30%) dissolved in Siberian cedar nut oil (70%). Oleoresin cedar has an incredible ability to heal wounds and regenerate cells. Oleoresin cedar contains 30-35% volatiles: turpentine and derivatives thereof, oxygen compounds, and succinic acid. The rest (65-70%) is represented by resin acids and their derivatives, vegetable admixtures, vitamins C and D. 

Regular use of cedar oil, and especially turpentine balsam, restores the protective function of cells at the molecular level, it leads to an improvement of cerebral and peripheral circulatory. Contributes to the saturation of the organs and tissues of oxygen and activates the mechanism of the birth of new cells (linoleic acid), reduces or eliminates disturbances of lipid metabolism, protects the skin from the harmful effects of water and makes it supple (linoleic acid)

30% balm Altai Gold can be used on mucous membranes, externally, orally, as well as in the form of a concentrate for the preparation of 5%, 12.5% balm (diluted to the desired concentration with cedar, olive or other high-quality vegetable oil).

Inside: 5% or 12.5% of balm is applied, starting with 1-3 drops, gradually increasing to 1 teaspoon 2 times a day. In the presence of chronic diseases, unpleasant sensations are possible. In this case, temporarily reduce the dosage or take a break for 1-4 weeks. It is better to start taking with 5% turpentine balsam, gradually increasing the concentration.
Externally: 30% oleoresin cedar in cedar oil, applied in a thin layer on problem areas of the skin until fully absorbed.

Massage: a small amount balsam, rub with massage movements. (chronic conditions of fear, depression, rheumatism, arthritis, flu, colds, runny nose, cough, bronchitis, inflammation of the urinary tract).
Baths: 7-8 drops balm mixed with salt, and dissolve in warm water, the duration of the bath is 15 minutes (depression, rheumatism, arthritis, colds, with runny nose and cough).
Compresses: 3-4 drops balm (sore throat, skin inflammation, abscesses, burns, acne, oily seborrhea).
Inhalation: 4-5 drops balm (aromalamp, inhaler) for cold, flu, bronchitis etc

Note: Before use, you need to check yourself for an allergic reaction (redness of the skin may appear at the site of application). To do this, apply 3-5 drops of balm on the back of the hands, chest or leg, and rub. If the next day in a place not rubbing red spots appear, it may be used
